As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided: both as "Comments to the Editor" at step-1 of the submission form; as well as at step-3 of the submission form as "Rights Metadata" ).
  • The main article text follows the author guidelines using the provided template in Microsoft Word document format. Any references to the authors shall be omitted and rather be registered as "contributor" during submission.
  • Bibliography is provided as a separate file, using BIBTEX format.
  • Illustrative images / charts / photos are provided in PNG / JPG format with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Image size adheres to the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The data sets corresponding to any tables / charts for display in the article has been provided as a separate file using CSV / Microsoft Excel format.

Authors may download this template to guide them on the writings for this journal. Here is a brief overview as required by this journal: 

  1. For the purpose of blind review, authors should omit any references to their identity from the article files. This includes author names at the main article text, as well as the "Document Properties" of the files itself. Rather, this shall be filled-in during the submission form. 
  2. Article title shall be concise while remaining specific to accurately describe its content. A long title can be complemented as subtitle instead. This should be provided both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. Abstract shall be provided in both English and Bahasa Indonesia at about 150-250 words. It shall provide at least a brief background on the research as well as its objective, methods, and result highlights; so as to enable the reader to quickly identify the basic content of the article and weigh  its relevance to their interests.
  4. Keywords / key phrases shall be carefully selected to reflect the main concepts from the article while still remaining specific. These shall be provided in both Bahasa Indonesia and in English at about 5-10 phrases.
  5. The manuscript is written in either English or Bahasa whereis the writing style follows the academic writing guidelines. 
  6. References shall be provided in BibTex format. Click here to download a sample BibTex file. You can use Google Scholar to find the BibTeX reference: after entering your keywords and skimming the search results, click on the button (quotation mark) under the reference title; then click BibTex. Proceed to copy paste the text using a plain text editor such as Notepad and save the file with extension / ending in .bib. Please do not use a word processor such as (Microsoft Word) to paste the text into.
