Memetakan Gerakan Tanah di Jawa Barat

Abstract

Ground motion is the movement of slope-forming material, in the form of rocks, piles of materials, soil or a mixture of these materials, moving towards the bottom and exit slopes. Ground motion is one of the problems in West Java, so far only recorded the disaster caused by ground movement has caused fatalities, injuries, damaged houses, roads cut off, and others. Given the victim of not a few, then it needs to do research on the mapping of soil movement in West Java. The results could mean for the planning and development in West Java, especially in anticipation of natural disasters caused by soil movement and development planning in West Java itself.
