Disabilities are considered will eliminate their ability to hold opinions and participate in the governance process. They were not involved in the policy formulation because it considered had been handled by the right people (who do not carry disability). In the law of disaster management and the disabled, we can not find any articles that regulate the involvement of persons with disabilities in disaster management.
